Carly DW Bones (they/she) is a theatre director, intimacy coordinator, sex educator, community facilitator, mental health advocate and thespomancer. They work at the intersections of performance, ritual, sexuality, gender, community, and trauma-sensitivity. Carly has directed at: Coin & Ghost, The Echo, ESTLA, The Illyrian Players (founder), Inkwell Theater, Kayenta Center for the Arts, The Road, Rogue Artists Ensemble, The Vagrancy, the Hollywood & Edinburgh Fringe Festivals, and more. She is a freelance intimacy coordinator for professional theatre companies (A Noise Within, Antaeus, Boston Court, Coeurage, Coin & Ghost, East West Players, EST LA, Ghost Road, Greenway Court, IAMA, Moving Arts, The Road, Skylight, Son of Semele, StarKid), university theatre programs (CSULA, CSULB, Emerson LA, Occidental College, UCLA, USC, Pomona College), and film (Hypochondriac, Serpentine Pink, Next of Kin, My Life Stopped at 15).
